I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were not only spacious but jaw-dropping beautiful, perfect for our family of five. The service was exceptional, with a warm, attentive staff who went out of their way to assist despite the language barrier. The location was ideal, close to all the must-visit spots in Noboribetsu Onsen. While the dining experience was just okay, the unique homemade sausages stood out. Overall, a great value for money stay with top-notch facilities.
